HYROX "LEVEL UP" 

12-week program is tailor-made for those eager to push their boundaries and embark on the HYROX adventure and improve their scores.

 

WHO IS IT FOR?

Whether you're a complete beginner to Hyrox, or seasoned competitor, our Hyrox training programme has been carefully designed to help you compete at a higher level.

 

Not only will you build strength, you will become a better all round competitor.

​WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

12 Weeks worth of workouts, including taper week leading up to your race day.
Each week will follow:
 
  • 5 Workouts a week consisting of:
  • 2 Strength Focus Sessions, Including additional Hyrox Conditioning
  • 1 Hyrox specific workout
  • 2 Runs
  • 2 Rest Days / Active Recovery
