Welcome to the Hybrid Half Marathon Program!
The main focus of this program is to progress to running a half marathon whilst maintaining muscle and strength!

This program is great if you are already a runner but also suitable to people with a good level of fitness who have never ran before, and will gear you up to running your first half marathon at the end of the 10 week program!

Your strength training is going to support your runs, with a mixture of lower and upper body.
